Reverend Father William Jenkins, Principal

7th & 8th Grade History, 11th & 12th Grade Religion

Father Jenkins is the Principal of Immaculate Conception Academy, as well as the church Pastor. Father Jenkins studied at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Italy and holds a Licentiate (Master’s) in Theology.  As Principal and Pastor, Father’s primary focus is the religious education of our students and their ultimate salvation. In addition to his duties as an administrator, he also teaches seventh and eighth grade History, eleventh and twelfth grade Religion, and oversees the high school Pro-Life Club.

Mr. Thomas W. Condit, Assistant Principal

Thomas W. Condit attended Western Kentucky University from 1974-1981 where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Government and Philosophy, a minor in Mathematics with Teacher's Certificate, and his Master of Arts in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education. In 1989, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and has been a practicing attorney since that time, focusing on Ohio Workers compensation law and Christian civil liberties with special emphasis on First Amendment and other constitutional litigation in state and federal courts. Most notably, Mr. Condit has represented hundreds of pro-life warriors whose rights were at risk and has been recognized for his pro-life work by the Life Legal Defense Foundation, the Cincinnati Pro-Life Committee, Northern Kentucky Right to Life, and North Dakota Life Legal Foundation. Mr. Condit has also served as a part-time magistrate for the Mason Municipal Court since 2002.

In March 2017, Mr. Condit joined Immaculate Conception Academy as Assistant Principal. He brings with him an enthusiasm for intellectual development and high expectations for all students, regardless of their ability. Mr. Condit challenges the students with the saying, "we won't let you waste your talent." He is dedicated to serving our students and families and ensuring the continuance of traditional Catholic education. 

Reverend Father Joseph Greenwell, Chaplain

7th-10th Grade Religion, 9th-12th Grade Boys Choir

Father Greenwell studied at St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary in Ridgefield, CT. He has served in the priesthood for 26 years and been with Immaculate Conception Academy for many of those years. In addition to his role as Chaplain, Father Greenwell teaches seventh through tenth grade Religion and high school Boys Choir, manages the church sacristy and altar servers, and runs the St. Thomas Aquinas Summer Camp.

Mr. Aaron Harrison, Dean of Students

9th-12th Grade English, 9th-12th Grade History

Mr. Aaron Harrison, a 1998 alumnus of Immaculate Conception Academy, has served in both teaching and administrative capacities over the past ten years. He studied philosophy for three years as a seminarian at Immaculate Heart Seminary, before discerning an alternate vocation. At Xavier University he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and is working toward a Master of Arts in literature. In the course of his studies, Mr. Harrison has specialized in medieval literature and the poetry of T.S. Eliot. Additionally, he has lectured at national academic conferences on language and literature. As leader of the Classical Curriculum Team, he helps to coordinate the overall curriculum at the Academy, and brings a deep love of literature and the Catholic Faith to the classroom. Mr. Harrison and his family are parishioners at Immaculate Conception Church.

Mrs. Elli Field, Director of Student Affairs

College Counselor, Fundraising Coordinator

Mrs. Field wears many hats at the Academy and always does so with efficiency and a contagious energy. She has her Bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Miami University. Prior to joining the staff in 2013, she volunteered and held internships at the Academy throughout college. Mrs. Field can be seen doing many things around the school from managing multiple events to teaching high school Finance. Mrs. Field has been a parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church for eight years, a proud St. Thomas Aquinas camper and counselor, and is married to an Academy alumnus.
